| Can't play burned DVDs in home player
I have tried several different ways to burn my movies onto DVDs so I could watch them on my home players, nothing seems to work. The DVDs will play on my laptop through Windows Media and other programs on my computer, but when I put them in my home players I get an error message saying that there is no playback feature on the disc. I don't know what else to do. Thanks in advance for the help! |

| Can't play burned dvds in home player
I'm recording in windows. All of the files have .avi at the end. I really don't understand all of the file names and such so I don't know if that is what you were asking. Thanks for your help. In the meantime I will check out the website you suggested. |

| Re: Can't play burned dvds in home player Yeah, most home players don't support ".avi". AVI is random. Try burning it as an actual DVD. =\ -- Speaking for myself only.
