error message C00D1199 & C00D11D4 while using Windows Media Playe

Hi,
While playing WMP i am getting an error message-" error message C00D1199
while using Windows Media Player ".

i am using windows vista home basic. It plays the file well for about 10
minutes and then all of a sudden gives this error ." Windows Media Player
cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not
support the codec that was used to compress the file."

i have taken help from the web page by applying this information as below -

(To determine what codec was used with a specific file, play the file in the
Player, if possible. While the file is playing, right-click the file in the
library, and then click Properties. On the File tab, look at the Audio codec
and Video codec sections.

i have checked through it's information, that i have File format as Codec -

Windows Media Audio 9

Windows Media Video 9

i am in the fix , as to what codec is required to play this .
i can also see that it is also listed among as one of the file types the wmp
supported

..however i downloaded from - www.wmplugins.com two files namely - Windows
Media Video 9 Decoder and Windows Media Audio Standard Decoder . thereafter
rebooted the system .but still getting the same problem .

pls help - the other error i got one time - was you've encountered error
message C00D11D4 while using Windows Media Player. Additional information is
not currently available for this error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Downloading those decoder packages from WMPlugins isn't appropriate
for Vista, as WMP11 already includes all the functionality provided by
those (I'm now worried you have mixed or out-of-date decoders, which
may have made things worse in the long run)

The symptom that you can play the file up to a certain point suggests
the file itself may be corrupted in some wa.

For example a download from a binary newsgroup of a video as RAR, and
bad unpacking or incomplete download, might cause corruption way
through a long playback.

So I guess the questions that arise are - where did the file come
from, does this happen with all files over 10 minutes or just this
one, and what exact file type is it according to WMP File ->
Properties (right click in the area below Now Playing to display that
menu)

Click "Web Help" on that error dialog - what *URL* does it take you to?
