Media Center - no internet radio stations, no streaming audio

I just replaced my computer - the new Vista computer has windows media center
11. I used to click on the media player, open the radio tuner, and get a
list of many internet radio stations that I could stream and listen to. I
don't seem to have this with my new computer.

Second, I used to click on various internet sites, like 1.FM, and listen to
their live streams. When I click on 1.FM now, I get an error message that
says: Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Yet, my internet connection is fine, and the website indicates that 15,000+
people are listening now.

Your help is appreciated.

What's the URL in question and what do you click there that causes an error?
