Wmp find album info and update album info don't wokr

I've tied multiple times to update the albums in my library and nothing is
working, I"ve updated the library, cleared the temporary files and have
downloaded the plug in and still nothing is working. the small update screen
pops up and then stops showing only a grey screen.

Which part of it doesn't work?
What exactly are you trying to do and how exactly does it fail?
