i got 1.18Mbps after 10pm and around220-773kbps during day times

BSNL dataone is very good . Really the unlimited data transfer monthly plan of Rs 900 is serving my purpose in fatastic way

BSNL,Airtel,Tata Indicom all gives you anything between 2 kb/s to 12 kb/s
The terms and service says, your bandwidth is upto 128 kb/s , so you can not take them to consumer court
