unlock bsnl teracom 3g data card

Hiii.....guys m having bsnl teracom 3g data card bt m not having a bsnl sim with me so how can i unlock it for using with other sim cards plzzz help me plzzz..... i tried differnt softwares to creat new apn with sim card other than bsnl but i failed

You will need to install BSNL 3G USB modem and then open Run window by pressing Windows Key + R. After that type regedit and then press Enter and then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> Software. Now find Linktop3G and then click on it and at the right side double click on Engineer. The default value of Engineer DWORD will be 1 so change it to 0 in Hex. Now restart your computer and then create your ISP profile.
