Not sure but I think that you can use any 3G dongle. There are many out there, you can get the one having best connection speed in your area.

As far as I am aware you can use Tata Photon 3G dongle only. I don’t have Micromax Funbook Pro but one of my friends has it and he only told me that no other 3G dongle will work with it.
No other 3G dongle is compatible with Micromax Funbook Pro. It’s intended to work specifically with Tata Photon only.

Ok, I think that’s the reason there is no 3G dongle compatibility list for Micromax Funbook Pro over the web. I have been looking after it since when but I haven’t come across it.
I have contacted Micromax support and even they said that I can use Tata Photon 3G dongle only or else I will have to use wifi.
I think it’s time to sell my Funbook Pro and get a new tablet with sim support.
Anyways before that I want to know if I can use other 3G dongle after rooting the tablet???
