Friend’s I am sharing some interesting tips and tricks for DTH services here:

Watching Dish TV Movie on Demand promos:
You might have come across an error message saying 'Conditional Access' sometimes while watching Dish TV Movie on Demand promos.
To fix this issue just press green button on any Movie on Demand channel when promo is running.

Checking set top box information:
Just press red button when you get the Information bar on the screen.

Check out all service menus in a window:
Go to PIP and when the music start then press Active Services Button, once you do so all active applications will be shown to you.

Changing audio language while playing recorded content with D2H DVR:

• First play a recorded content that might be having multi audio option.
• After that press blue button and you will get the Audio option bar, you can choose the language using forward and backward button.

For getting max transparency in Menu language change board:
Go to menu Setting > Installation> user setting > User preferences > Transparency = 100%
At the time of installation you might be prompted for a codeword, if you have not changed it before than it will be 1234 by default.

Tuning frequency in Dish TV:

1. Follow the step above for checking out set top box information and after that change LNB hi & low frequencies from LNB frequency and then click on ok
2. Now go to Home frequency and type 7531(The numbers won’t be shown on the screen) after that change parameters as per your desire, click on ok and then click on exit.
3. When you are done with the changes then scan dish tv.

I was aware of changing transparency in Menu language change board but I have not yet checked out the other ones, will surely try them out today. Last three tricks seem to be interesting, hope I get them working, even I will add some tricks here if I come across any.
