Interactive Voice Response (IVR) : This is another feature that you can try out. There are 24x7 customer help support setup by Videocon. The number is 9082099999. To recharge with IVR you just need to type the 12 digit recharge vocher pin from your phone as per instruction received on IVR. You can also use your credit card for this.

Mobile : This is another more convinient option that you can use. You can recharge from your mobile phone via Atom application. To get that widget just type atom and sent od 549599. In the sms you recieve a download link for this. Download the application and install that in your phone. GPRS connectivity is must for this. Once done register on Atom application. Those are really very convinient options to recharge. My friend owns a Videocon D2H and found it nice solution in comparision to private cable. This are cheap and filled with a number of alternative that you want for your home. I found the addons that are provider here are more convinient which are hardly avialable in another service.
