The best way to get rid of from this issue, you just talk to SDE of your exchange. Then talk to customer care and ask him for his number and try to request him to leave the cap. Most of the people got people got the solution this way. |

If you still not able to solve this issue I would suggest you please drop your mail regarding the complain on BSNL official site. I hope this will help you. If nothing works just write a letter to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Just write down your name, address, id and phone no at the back side of bill. Once you give written complaint bill then you will receive the written reply from there. One thing I can tell is, the speed you are currently getting i.e. 2 mbps it is highest speed but the average speed will be different. |
