Airtel IPTV set top box firmware updates

Hello friends,
I don't know whether it is right place or not. Last night I performed software upgrade on my Airtel IPTV set top box. I didn't find any new features or any change happened in the Airtel IPTV set top box. Have you experience any changes after Airtel IPTV set top box firmware updates? If you find any changes then please tell me .

Hey instead of getting some good changes, I revived some bad changes after Airtel IPTV set top box firmware updates. After this process my remote hangs when I tried to increase or decrease volume. I have to wait for few minutes to get to normal position. I think there is some bugs in the new firmware upgrade and that's why I experience this problem.

I experiences some changes in the Time-Shift TV feature of the Airtel IPTV. It's description is as follows. I think it's performance is increased.
Time-Shift TV: digital TV interactive provides time-shifted TV using a network based Personal Video Recorder (PVR) allows the viewer to watch the content according to their convenience. Over 10000 programs available every week to view at user convenience.

With new upgrade you can get following features.
1.You can change language (hindi/english) on select channels.
2.Set reminders of programs.
3.Set parental lock.

Hey using this new firmware update I able to add 20 channels in the "My favorites" menu. I also able to search for programs in the TimeShift TV EPG. I also able to select channels from the mini EPG screen.

I am done with my Airtel, moved on to better things. IPTV Pod I have had no problems with, avoid the Hassle's and move on. MHO
