Can I Unlock Photon Plus (Olive USB Modem)?

Hello All,

I was originally using Tata Photon Plus with their Olive HSIA USB Modem (Olive-V-ME101) with the 3G router of TP-Link. but recently I switched to MTNL 3G Datacard (Unlimited plans)... but TP-Link router does not support the MTNL Date Crd (Terracom) neither they plan too based on their support feedback.

So I was hoping to unlock the mention photon data card (since there is a SIM slot in it). and use it with MTNL Sim card.

please can someone help me with this solution.

You can easily try to unlock your Photon Plus for using the Olive USB Modem by visiting a mobile repair shop in your area. They will charge you a minimal amount for unlocking the Photo plus to be used with any other device. But remember that unlocking the data card that you have always has the chances of getting damaged, so do it on your own risk.

There is a program called DC Unlocker that you can search and download it from the internet. This program is specially made for unlocking any type of Data Card. It usually takes 1-2 minutes of time to unlock the cards. You dont even need any cable or adapter for unlocking because the data card can be unlocked in the same computer where a PCMCIA or Express socket are located.
