Yeah as the extent to I know BSNL has started New Fibre Optic Cable Plans for their customers, but still they are quite region specific, I mean to say the plan is started in some of the major cities. Thus you should first of all try to make sure that the plan is available or not wherever you stay and then only you can apply for it.

You can simply contact them about the same and know about the more plans. And after all they are the only people to which you have to contact.

I am agree with the above user as you should try to contact them only, I have done the same thing and it is available in jaipur (mumbai). where do you stay by the way? If you would be more specific then it would be good to me as to assist you further.

But I would like to tell you about the fact as it will cost you too much, and its not worthy for home based network.

I know about the cost, but still I am eager to experience that speed for at least once. And will you please let me know about some of the plans from the BSNL?

As you have mentioned that you are about to have a very good internet connection with higher speed then why don’t you use 3G as it will be ok for you, I mean to say neither too costlier nor such pathetic. And the most important thing is like it is available in any carrier nowadays. And as you can activate it in your mobile you can carry it wherever you go.

Apart from this there are too many data cards also available that you can have for yourself.

Hey thanks for the suggestion, as really it was too helpful. But the awful thing is like when I contacted them, they told me that the service is not available.
