HUAWEI E353 dongle- NOT connecting to gsm............

i bought this dongle 6 days ago...
on 3g it was ok .......but i was shocked to see today that it didnt work on 2g(they claimed it to be working on edge).....
no network whatsoever...
i tried with 3 operator and it showed nothing.....
in india we are not covered everywhere with 3g and desperately need to support 2g gsm network............

i m stunned now wat to do.... it costed me 2800 ....
please guys guide me too what to do now.......
how to get their technical support.............

I think it don't comprise the 2G network so because of that you are not getting the option for this 2 G network. i am not that much aware of it. still i am trying to find about it. and if i find anything regarding to this then i will post back here.
