Wifi setup help in 500m Area

I am from a village area and my associates want to divide a broadband connection over Wi-Fi in 500 meters of the area. It may be a directional or omni direction setting. We are looking for a broadband plan as the BSNL 1mbps limitless. Is it feasible connections to 10 computers and laptops with a single connections? Are there any lawful limits on sharing a only connection? Can we get a different IP to each computer or a unique IP address will be shared? What will the total cost of this setup?

Measuring 500 meters with a single router is not potential, even if some statements such as Cisco BEFW11P1, the ranges are measured in a straight line without any obstacle. To get to 500 you need a high-quality range router, a repeater and a wireless adapter installation that cost about 15K (even more) to remember the normal router available in the market has an average range of 100m-200m. In cable, you cannot use cat5/5cables which has a maximum range of 100 meters, so you need 5 switches in this configuration to reach 500.

Yes WiFi is very limited in India and would be taking a legal risk for the development of this service without any authorization or BSNL or local authorities. I'm not entirely sure how much they worry about the DOT as a small network. You will receive a single public IP address sharing on all computers unless specifically asked for a plan BSNL multi-user (business plan). - I doubt any ISP will allow you to share a connection from home this way and if he finds that he would run the risk of being cut and processed.

There are, but you can enable WPA2 security with a shared key or creating a right of access. It would also be essential to know who is using the network: using a shared key would be ideal, because then all you have to do is take a look and then you cannot tell who is using. At least one access system can detect any nefarious activity if such things were to happen. It depends on what team you go for, but could probably create something very basic about Rs 6k including an extra omni directional antenna. If you want to give everyone a username / password to access the network, then you can either buy an access point that supports something like ChilliSpot (lots of access points that support this) or configure a server to do the same - a small second-hand PC enough.

The TP-Link TL-WA5210G has a range of up to 52 km (with right directional antenna). It was announced that 15 km can be done without additional antenna (as extended as they are pointing in the right path - which has a beamwidth of 60 degrees, so you need 6 to over 360 degrees), but in my knowledge built in a area with a large number of buildings, trees and power lines are about 1.5 km from 10m above the ground and the performance is average at best (no additional antennas). Cost would be about RS3-4k. Interestingly, this unit is very popular in some countries.

We ended up with WiFi Ubiquiti for our team - not much more expensive (3x 5k for 3 access points + 3x 6k 120 degree sector antennas), performed much better, and 5GHz for backhaul options available to secondary sites with almost no interference - and work with chillispot / Coover-AP. You will receive a single public IP address sharing on all computers unless specifically asked for a plan BSNL multi-user (business plan). I doubt any ISP will allow you to share a connection from home this way and if he finds that he would run the risk of being cut and processed.

If allowed, then you may need to provide a list of their "customers" like you and are legally obliged to know who is accessing the network - the Indian government has unnecessarily complex to do what we are proposing in the name of security / combating terrorism and so on even in its scale. BSNL may be able to make it easier, simply by giving each person their own username and password, and determine the distribution, but also, perhaps not.
