i am vicky, i am using bsnl 3g datacard,the download speed is only 15kbps.but the speedometer tests says "your download speed is 100kbps". either of these two which is correct.

Well, if you are getting 15kbps download rate then it simply means that you are not on a 1mbps connection but below 256kbps line. What are you trying to download anyways and from which site? It might be possible that the site might be going down due to server issues and therefore you are getting 15kbps download speed, as you have already mentioned that the speedometer is correct?
