Procedure for Vodafone GPRS Activation

I have WAP-activated on my Vodafone connection and now have purchased N8 and want to activate GPRS on it.
Tell me the procedures and formalities and papers required and do i have to de-activate WAP?

What are the different GPRS Plans available for Vodafone and which plan should i choose considering i read online news and articles most of the time, no need of online videos etc.

There is not a huge process to activate GPRS. Simply, just give a call to Vodafone Customer care at 198, and tell them to activate the GPRS and send the settings for the same on your mobile. Once you receive the SMS, go to options and select SAVE. Thats it.

It is not necessary. But if you are paying for WAP as well than get it de-activated once you get GPRS activated on your mobile.

Under WAP, you can only open the sites that are made for Mobile as well. Like Gmail Mobile, Facebook Mobile, Yahoo Mobile, etc.. You will not be able to see them as it looks on Computer.

But in GPRS, you can browser every sites and the browsing experience will be like computer.
