MTNL Unlimited Broadband Plan for Mumbai

MTNL Mumbai has launched a new Unlimited Broadband plan at Rs.395/month at 340 kbps speed. There are many other unlimited plans which gives you better speed with the increased monthly rental. But all these plans are unlimited. Here I have given you the details about the all the unlimited plans starting with the Plan Name - Download Speed - Rental/Month.

• DSL Unlimited 395 - 320Kbps - Rs. 395/-
• DSL Unlimited Combo 495 - 320Kbps - Rs. 495/-
• DSL Unlimited 599 - 512 Kbps - Rs.599/-
• DSL Unlimited 749 - 752 Kbps - Rs.749/-
• DSL Unlimited 999 - 1 Mbps - Rs.999/-
• DSL Unlimited Games 1350 - 1.152 Mbps - Rs.1350/-
• DSL Unlimited 1599 - 1.344 Mbps - Rs.1599/-
• DSL Unlimited 4999 - 2 Mbps - Rs.4999/-
• DSL Unlimited 9999 - 4 Mbps - Rs.9999/-

Please Note:
1. Speeds indicated are only upto our ISP node and are given on best effort basis as per TRAI guidelines.
2. The monthly CPE service charges of above Unlimited Plans is waived off.
3. Out-of-turn priority is to be given to the customers booking triband with the above Unlimited plans.
4. Migration allowed.No monthly CPE charges as it is a combo plan.

Details of DSL Unlimited Games 1350 plan:

1. This plan will have bundling with games on demand supported by M/s. India Games Ltd.
2. Standalone GoD is priced at Rs. 300 per month – customers will be getting it free with this Triband Plan.
3. The package being bundled is GoD premium – it has over 320 games in the premium package.
4. The consumers do not pay anything apart from the monthly rental of the broadband plan.

Process to use the GoD service is as follows:

1. The customers can visit "games.mtnlmumbai.in" and register on the service using their DSL id and password.
2. Post signing up as above, they have to download a ‘GoD player’ (please check ‘install player’ button on the right hand side bar).
3. The consumer can then go on to choose any of the games from the categories listed (towards the top of the page such as ‘quick games’ or ‘Action’) or from the drop down menu (‘select game’) on the right hand side bar.
4. Once the consumer selects the game, he is taken to the page which presents the basic information about the game such as download size, estimated time of download, whether it can be played on the consumer’s computer or not (suggesting hardware / software upgrade where necessary) and basic information of the game.
5. The consumer has to click on the download / play button which will start the process of downloading of the game – this is only a one time process i.e. the game has to be downloaded only once.
6. Once the game is downloaded, the consumer is given a voice and visual prompt – ‘click play to launch the game’ and once he / she clicks the ‘play’ button, the game is launched.
7. Please note that the consumer needs to be online in order to play. So every time the consumer wants to play, he / she has to log on using his username and password and then click on the game to play. Going offline will disconnect the game.
8. The whole process is supported by a series of sequential prompts making it easy for first time consumers to follow.
