Setting for internet access in Tata Docomo

I was using Aircel services for using internet but few days before I have switched myself from Aircel to Tata Docomo for internet surfing. I have activated GPRS setting. But i am facing some of the problems due to the settings of GPRS and my speed is also getting decreased. I want my internet surfing speed should proceed carefully. Also can you suggest some of the tips to increase the speed.

For GPRS setting of Tata Docomo you need to carry out the following steps:
    • When you will insert you simcard into the cell phone. You will automatically receive GPRS settings.
    • The settings might be received in the form of a message and you need to save the message by using save option.
    • You will receive in following format
Name of the connection: you can specify any name
      Data Bearer: GPRS
      Access Point Name: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET
      Connection Security: Off
      Session Mode: Permanent
    • The setting will notify your cell that the GPRS is activated.
    • User-name and password is not required and you can start surfing.

Following are the steps that should be followed to increase the speed. Go to Menu then go to Settings and then go to Phone/Network. You should change the network mode to “dual mode”. Afterwords save it using access point named as “TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET”. Clear your cache memory and switch off your cell. Start it again. Your speed will be automatically increased.
