Airtel Broadband Down for Long Time and Customer Care Run Away

I have been using airtel broadband from quite some time but recently faced major problem while using Airtel broadband. My broadband network was down for nearly for whole day which was not fix after such long time but when I just tried to contact to the customer service support with number provided 121 there is no response from their side. I am not able to fix the problem so I am thinking of moving to some other broadband provider.

Airtel broadband may be down because of some physical damages done to wires which are used in the connection. This may be taking much time for them to fix the problem as they may be not able to fix the link from where the problem is happening so it is taking such long time to resolve the down problem you can you the customer care number to place the compliant of such network down at your end.

I think you are just not using proper number to contact to the customer service provider so you can use below number to register your compliant of down time of your broadband :

You can just visit to airtel store to register your compliant regarding your broadband down time you will have to mention your details like user id etc. and just register your compliant. If still your problem is not solved within particular time period then i suggest you to just move to some any other broadband which provide better service than airtel in your location. This will be better as you will have to place same problem many time so better move to other broadband.

One thing you can do is just register your compliant to the official website of the airtel broadband where you might have space where you will able to register your compliant regarding your broadband down time for such long time or just discontinue with your airtel broadband and try to go for any other provider which are providing better service then your existing provider.
