no speed increase on home ul1350 plan!?

I am using BSNL Broadband home UL1350 plan from two month but I notice that there is no increase. And according to BSNL notification Home combo unlimited 1350 plan is given speed of 2Mbps upto 15GB and what about the home UL1350 plan. Do you have any detail information about this plan. I am getting only .52mbps download speed. Is this is fine or I can get more than this. Please Inform how?Thank you in advance.

I am staying in Mumbai and i did not see any increase in speed yet for unlimited 1350 plan.It will be better if they make it atleast 1Mbps after 15 GB download or make it 1Mbps unlimited throughout. What did you think? As in this zone my other friend too do not have any increase. please inform me if you are getting any increase in the download speed of UL1350 plan in some other zone of the country.

I heard that BSNL is soon going to implement the Fair usage policy of about 8GB in Unlimited 750 plan after it has attracted a fair no of customer. And they are going to implement this policy soon. Your download speed will drop to 256kbps once the fair usage policy is reached. And you are getting 2Mbps speed till 15Gb and after this fair usage policy it will be 512Kbps thereafter in UL1350 plan.

As you said that they are going to implement the fair usage policy so I think I have to wait and see as they are changing the policy every month. I was planning to have annual payment but now I think I will have to wait till the plan gets stable. If they are adding FUP to UL750 then I think it is better to go for Unlimited 1350 plan. I will recommend to keep it UL750 without FUP.

Re: no speed increase on home ul1350 plan!?

Even I did not got any increase in speed with my BSNL broadband UL1350 plan. I try different number to talk to my JTO but I got all sort of assurances without any action. I am staying in Bangalore. I think that the reason why my BSNL speed is not increased is because my Broadband is connected to the NIB1 server. BSNL is having some issue to connect some people network like mine to NIB2 server. And they did not able to tell me when this issue will get resolve.
