New prepaid plans in aircel

I am aircel prepaid user. I received an sms today from aircel has launched a new plan at 1 ps per 2 seconds that is 1/2 paise per sec. I go and applied for this plan. Os i want to know that can anybody have experience of this plan, because my usage of month is Rs 300 average. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

According to aircel, First minute of local or national call of the day will be charged at Rs. 1.50 and there after free minutes or base plan will be applicable. Users can also avail 99 free local and national SMSes per day but 1 first SMS of the day will be charged at 60 paisa (local) and 120 paisa (national). Aircel introduced Rate cutter 53 for half-a-paisa per second for pay per second tariff plan subscribers. with this RC53 for 30 days a sub., will get charged 1p/2second. But you need to check this card is applicable only for sub., who opted for 1p/sec tariff. Another Rate cutter RC15 with 30 days validity for 1p/5seconds for calls only to Aircel mobiles between 10pm-7am.
