Hi friends,

I am using dish TV DTH service that is lots of issue in my account. It’s not updated. I try to reatrt my DTH machine, but the issue is remaining. Can anybody know the customer care of Dish Tv. Pleases help.

For recharge issue, You need to just send SMS DISHTV to 57575 or call on 1860-180-8585. If you intend to get Dish TV in your vehicle just call 09711166999. You can make a call to the customer care number from any part of the country by adding prefix, 011 FOR NORTH, 022 FOR WEST, 033 FOR EAST and 044 FOR SOUTH or just dial 1800-180-3434. If you are calling from BSNL or MTNL, you have do dial 0120-2550000 or 1860-180-3474.

You need to check if the channel is available in the opted package. If the channel is accessible in your base pack then please ensure for your recharge date, if expired then recharge and stay the Set Top Box on 550. If the payment is made and problem still persist, then Power Cycle the STB. Incase the problem remain, call dishtv customer care as above replies listed and request for re-activation. To gain access to the channel which is not in the wrap up, please call customer care and subscribe for the same.

You need to re-install the services. First go to Power cycle the STB.Reinstall the STB by pressing “OK” on the remote. After conclusion of channel search, press red button to save the settings. In case the problem is immobile there; contact your dishtv Service Agent. Check and reply.
