Tata photon plus prepaid with 1gb free

Hello friends,
I have recently bought a new TATA Photon Plus USB Modem from mumbai, but I haven't receive 1 GB free usage which comes with new modem. Instead I have bought 1gb for Rs.650.00. Can anyone tell me how can I get 1gb free usage. Anyone else having problem with tata photon plus prepaid with 1gb free. Please help me.

Hey I also get the new Tata photon plus prepaid modem and I also get 1gb free usage. I think you have to go to the store from where you have get this new Tata photon plus prepaid modem and asked him about 1gb free usage. It will definitely help you to get 1gb free usage. If you have bought new Tata photon plus prepaid modem, then you have to get this 1gb free usage.

I also had the same problem. I also bought a new Tata photon plus prepaid, but I didn't get 1gb free usage for 2 days. Then when I call customer care of the tata indicom, he told me that you get free 1gb usage after 3-4 days. Then I wait for 3-4 days and then surprisingly get that 1gb free usage. I think you also wait for few more days and see whether you get your 1gb fee usage or not. After sometime if you didn't get 1gb free usage then call customer care of the Tata indicom regarding your issue.
