You can manually unlock the idea 3g netsetter huawei e1550 by downloading its firmware (E155XUpdate_11.608.14.15.311.B418) and flashing it. But if you dont have any knowledge then chances are it might get bricked and wont be useful again. So take it to a tech shop and get it unlocked their itself at some minimal rate.
