Surrender Tata Indicom Photon Plus

I have been using TATA Photon plus from last two months and recently. I was surprised to see my last months bill amount which was very much above my expectation. Now i am planning to return the tata photon plus USB modem due to this seen. please tell me how to surrender TATA Photon plus. I will bw very much thankful to you.

If you are very much sure that you have not used your broadband which is specified in your bill then i think you need to talk with the customer care and try to get the bill checked again. Sometimes these errors occur since the bill is printed automatically by machines if you report this your usage will be checked manually and you will be charged correctly.

• What was your last two months bill.
• For which plan have you opted for.
• what was your last two months data usage.

It appears as you will have to call the customer care for the bill amount which they have send you and ask them to justify the bill. You can also ask them to send you the customized bill which will have all the surfing and download details for the last month. This will help you to know your usage in detail and you can calculate whether the bill was calculated correctly or not.

For surrendering the tata photon plus you need to get all your bills cleared first and then you can simply go to any of the customer care center or any Tata Indicom Gallery and ask them to surrender the Tata photon plus device and then you can get your security deposit check back either by post or from the gallery itself.
