    Not working Photon+ USB Modem EC1260 on Mac OS X

    Hello, I had recently purchased the MacBook of Apple. My MacBook can be loaded with the Mac OS. I can also purchased the following Photon+ USB Modem EC1260 of the TATA. When I buy the Photon+ USB Modem EC1260, that time the seller can told me that I Photon+ USB Modem EC1260 can be supported with the MacBook. But when I can actually used it, then I can came to know that it can not be working. Can anyone help me????

    I think that you can have to try to load the drivers for the Photon+ USB Modem EC1260. I can suggest you that to start your MacBook into the Safe Mode. To start your MacBook into the Safe Mode continuously press the function F8 key that can be situated on the keyboard until you can get the Safe Mode option on the black screen and after getting the option select it. After starting load the drivers for your Photon+ USB Modem EC1260.

    The following can be the Minimum System Requirement of the Photon+ USB Modem EC1260 and can cross check your configuration :
    1. USB Interface : 2.0
    2. Disk space : 50 MB
    3. Memory : 64 MB
    4. CPU : Pentium-II / 233 MHz
    5. Optical drive : CD-ROM
