Hello to all,
I am having this problem from last week. I have Reliance Gsm mobile phone. On my mobile 11 rs daily 150 sms pack has been activated by retailer without my confirmation. Due to this I have to lose lots of money. I want to deactivate that plan. Can anyone tell me how to deactivate 11 Sms Pack in reliance GSM? Please help me.

From your information I does not understand what type of plan is activated on your mobile phone. Is it 1p/sms or 150 free sms/day.
In my mobile I have activated 11 rs pack and I didn't get charged for sms. I think you are charged as per your sms and that's why you are getting such type of problem.

Hey there is no need to worry about it. You can easily deactivate 11 Sms Pack in reliance GSM. It is very simple steps.
To deactivated 11 Sms Pack in reliance GSM you have to just send DACT SMS1P to 53739.
After this you will get SMS of deactivation of your 11 Sms Pack.

If in 3-4 hours your 11 Sms Pack will not deactivate then you have to call customer care of reliance to deactivate this service.
