    Sbi Mobile Banking Recharge Failed

    Hello to all,
    I use my Sbi Mobile Banking to recharge my Reliance GSM mobile. Last time when I tried to recharge my mobile, it was not recharge successfully, but money was debited from my account. I don't know why Sbi Mobile Banking Recharge Failed. I don't know how to recover my money. Please help me.

    Normally, your mobile will get topped-up in less than 5 minutes. If your mobile will not recharge in 5 minutes then it will take long time. However, at times, due to network congestion, it might take up to 2 hours. If it is not successful, you will get a message that the amount is reversed and your account will be credited.

    Hey as per my information if your recharged does not complete successfully, then all your money is refund in 2 or 3 days. Most of the people face such kind of situation. Just wait for few more days and check whether your lost money has been reverted or not. If not then contact your nearest SBI branch to get solution.

    I think you have to contact Euronet for this issue, because SBI uses Euronet for recharges mobiles. In this case first contact your SBI by using there helpline and if you will not get proper solution then just contact Euronet regarding this issue.

    Hey wait for 3-4 days. After 3-4 days if you didn't get your money back then you have to contact your SBI branch regarding this issue. You must have to keep your Transaction details with you when you go to SBI branch. Because without Transaction details the will not able to find the exact details of your recharge. I hope they will help you to fix this problem.
