Need help with Reliance Broadband connectivity problems

Hi,

I have takena new broadband connection from reliance on 31st dec 2009 for my laptop. Since then, in these 13 days, it hardly connected for 1 day. There is a constant disconnection in the line and I had registered 5-6 complaints till date. Each of them are closed without my knowledge and nothing has changed. Everytime the tech guy calls me, he makes some changes in their syste, he even changed the wire twice...then the net works fine for 3-4 hours and again gets disconnected. This has become a big problem now. The tech guy asks me to keep the modem on for 24 hours even if I'm in office and not using the internet. He asked me to disable the mcafee anti-virus also and then check it. But still the problem persists. I'm using utorrent for downloads. Can anyone please help me to solve this problem....thanks in advance

I think, there's some connectivity issue with Reliance Broadband. Many people seem's to the same issue. It would be nice to go to nearest Reliance customer support certer for help or try to connect the higher authorities.
