Pc settings for Nokia 3110c Mobile phone

I'm using Nokia 3110c cellphone. I also used BSNL network service on my cellphone, which i s a prepaid connection. On my pc i had installed Windows Xp an using Internet Explorer 7 as my web browser. I would like to have pc setting for my mobile phone. Any one knows from where can i get pc setting for my mobile phone? Please provide me the correct information on the above issue. First of all its very important that you install pc suite on your pc. Then you need to to connect your mobile phone through usb cable. The settings include the server IP number, the Port number, Proxy settings and activation of GPS.
