best internet service provider in my locality????????

hey guys i m a recidence of bandra, mumbai. and have been using MTS datacard and now want to shift to cable internet provider......... which is the best provider in my locality which provides me with good speed and very less fluctuation and if possible a hub connection for sharing purpose........

I think for hub connection you will have to subscribe to a local person who runs internet as well the hub connections. ISP's like the airtel or hathway wont provide you hub connections, but they have cheap rates as compared to the local area hub providers or so. Ask any of your friends about same, cause as of me, I am from Malad and using Hathway from long time.
