Get Free Channels on Dish Network

I am having Dish Network, i have heard that there are some programming is available where i can see some of the channels free of charge and most of them are internationals channels if it is true then can anyone tell me whats steps i need to follow so that i can take advantage of Free Channels on Dish Network without paying any fee for it.

I have also heard about the same but i am very worried about it if you are being caught while doing such kind of things or the company people came to know that you are ding illegal things then you will be send to jail because one of my friend has went when he was doing such kind of things but if anyone knows any method where you won't be caught then please reply to this thread.
