I do not know why my validity is not being automatically exteded due to the local server outages.

It has really been a pain to call customer care and hold the line for more than 10 minutes each time, just to get the line trough. Numerous times the call had to be escalated to the floor suprevisors and then to the manager. Followup with the local engineers and technitians every time. On an average I have spent more than 30 minutes per complaint and 6+ hours on the phone.

Now the most Ridiculous thing the billing guys tell me after I call them is, TATA Communications will give credit time only if the SERVICE OUTAGE is for more than 72 HOURS. THEY THINK THE CUSTOMER IS A DUMB GUY!

Sorry for replying your post so late. Well as I can see the level of frustration can you let us know if your problem with TATA solved or not? Do you still using the service or you have shifted to any other service provider?

Which connection you are using wimax or cable net connection ?
Company like TATA is providing this type of service to customer i can't believe. In mumbai now TATA launch wimax connection i was planning to go for it but now. Now i am not going for it. Thanks friends for sharing your experience.
