Airtel and Idea offering unlimited netconnected plan at Rs. 899. airtel speed is slow 150 kbps while surfing where as idea provides 240 kbps surfing speed. I think idea is best if your budget is low. There are also TATA netconnect usb modem (apart from Photon) available in market which will cost you around around Rs. 2500.

Currently there are no offer with Wirefree high speed internet. No one offering unlimited plan. In Rs. 1500 you can download free 10 gb data per month after that you will be charge Rs. 2 per mb. So better to use DSL or ADSL internet because they offering unlimited plan.
