MTNL 3G not available in mumbai

I read this MTNL launched 3G services in mumbai and after 2 ays i went to the MTNL office for purchasing 3G SIM. but they told me 3G yet not launched in Mumbai After 1 months 3G sim will be available. Is this true or they are selling 3G sim in Black ?

This is not true I Purchased MTNL 3G Sim from DADAR Exchange. at Rs. 300 They didn't charge me extra money. I think in Western side Mtnl not launched 3G yet thats why they are not allotting 3G sim there. You can purchase 3G sim from MTNL DADAR exchange.

I am using 3g sim in mumbai currently . Mobile TV is not available at the moment for 3G so wasnt able to access. Surfing speed is nice but Rs. 2 per is costly. In mumbai most of the area 3G Service still not available. It will take around 6 month to launch 3G service all over in mumbai.
