Reliance GSM Yuva Pack at Rs 201

Reliance announced launch of ‘Yuva Pack’. In which customer can make 100 minutes of STD call for 30 days and 100 SMS everyday for 30 days priced at Rs .201 and mainly targeted towards the student community in Karnataka.

It also offers Rs 20 talk time. New subscribers can avail the service with Rs 49 entry level plan. Call tariffs will be 30 paise/min for intra Reliance local calls, 60 paise for local calls to other networks and Re.1/min for STD calls.

In mumbai they not launched this offer. I think this offer is only available in Karnataka customer. Hope very soon it will be available in Mumbai.

Why these telecoms people don't launch such nice offers in Mumbai first?
Why always I see the offers in south Indian states first?
