Airtel mobile Office not working in Mumbai

From last week i tried to access internet using Airtel mobile office on my computer but i am not getting connected. If i connected then i am getting speed 4 to 5 kbps only. I don't know whats the problem. Is anyone who is using Airtel also facing same problem ?

Yes on Airtel I am also facing some problem while accessing internet using mobile office they increase rental from Rs. 15 to Rs. 25 per day but service they decrease. customer care also not helping.

Try Idea Netconnect it's working nice in mumbai. charges also same Rs. 25 per Day for unlimited downloading. On that i am getting more then 100 kbps speed and download speed is 20 to 25 kbps.

Idea didn't activate netconnect GPRS quickly as Airtel Activate they took more then 24 Hrs. Last time I told to activate Netconnect by calling in customer care they told me send SMS for activation of netconnect. I send SMS and after 2 hrs i started surfing i checked my balance after 2 hrs there is Rs. 50 deducted from my account i again called and told CC about same they told me your rs. 25 per month Netconnect is not activated yet. it will activate after 24 Hrs you charge 2p/KB for surfing.
