MTNL Mumbai launched a new post-paid plan of Rs 199 for Dolphin customers.
In that activation charge of Rs 250 (excluding service tax). you will get 199 minutes free on MTNL Mumbai network and 100 SMS free on MTNL local GSM network.

Tariff is good But what about network ? MTNL plans are very good but network is very bad all over in Mumbai. first they need to improve network.
