Reliance Netconnect Broadband not working in Mumbai

I purchased reliance net connect broadband last week form reliance gallery. they told me that first two months you are in unlimited data plan. I checked there it showing 1.5 mbps speed. but when i checked in my home it shows only 256 kbps speed. I told them that i am getting slow speed. They told me that in your area network problem and it will solve within 15 days. Reliance making fool to all people.

In my area Reliance Netconnect Broadband speed is nice nearly 1.5 mbps speed i am getting while surfing and download speed is also nice around 40 kbps.

Reliance also not giving unlimited plan thats very worst thnk . In Unlimited usage plans will have a fair usage policy of 10 GB/month. Beyond which the customer will be charged at Rs. 2/- per MB.
