Reliance Wimax Bad Services

I am using Reliance Wimax from last 5 months they provide me excellent service in first 2 moths. After 2 months i started facing speed problem then network issue. when i called Reliance CC they told me engineer will come next day that means 1 and 1/2 day internet close and they didn't reverse charges in monthly bill.

Who is going to purchase reliance wimax first chck signal in your area and then go.

A reliance person installed the connection at my place.When i checked a lot of echo was coming in the line.I told him to then he told he will come next day to repair it.But he never returned.Time passed i never used my land line as so much echo was there that u cant talk to any one.I made many complains but just fake complain numbers no one came to take care of them.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a new connection don't go for reliance they are not providing proper services.

This is very common with Reliance. I always suggest not to go for Reliance.

You have just two solutions. Either keep tryin to get your work done through CC or shift your ISP!
