How to make Video Call ?

Hi

I am using BSNL service. i tried to make video call to my friend in delhi but it shows Video Call not supported by network. what should i do ? 3G is available in my area.

I think you are still on 2G network. If you want to make video call then you have to migrate from 2G network to 3G. Then you can able to make Video call.

Migration from 2G to 3G

• 2G prepaid customers under General Prepaid plan can migrate to 3G Prepaid through a migration voucher of Rs. 151/- (inclusive of Service Tax) with existing 2G-SIM and without any change of number, subject to technical feasibility.
  
• Other 2G prepaid customers (other than General Prepaid Plan) can first migrate to 2G General Prepaid plan with ‘zero voucher’ and can finally migrate to 3G through the migration voucher of Rs. 151/- (inclusive of Service Tax) with existing 2G-SIM, subject to technical feasibility.
  
• Activation of Video Calling facility to 2G customers is to be done immediately on their migration to 3G.
