I am using TATA indicom broadband in my home in that i am getting disconnection problem. I called TATA customer care they checked my network and told me there is no problem from there will be problem in your router..?
What should i do now ?

If you are using router then connect directly to your PC and check your getting same problem or not If then also you are getting problem means there is not problem in router.

Ping your router if your getting proper reply then there is no problem in your router called TATA indicom customer care and told him about your problem.

Use Airtel broadband service there downtime also very low compare to other ISp. and service is also good.
