Reliance Wimax Speed is very slow

Hello friends

I am using reliance Wimax internet in that i am getting very less speed some time it disconnected don't know what happen this problem i am facing form last 2 days. I don't know what to do ? can anyone help me ?

I am using reliance wimax no problem with speed . I think you are getting poor signal so thats why you are facing this problem. just check how much signal your getting from tower. signal should be minimum 20.

I don't know how to check Wimax Signal strength but when reliance gave me connection that time it was 20 to 22. Now i don't know.

Just call reliance engineer he will tell you whats the problem i think your facing signal problem and nothing.
