I think it is still available... but not sure about the same. Now a days, I could not see the vendors with the banner, so I doubt. But you can go in Reliance Web World and confirm if it is still available.

yes they are available in mumbai, but you have to pay more to get one for your self. orignal price of the card is 25Rs.

You will get at Reliance web World of Malad (West), Kandivali (West) and Near Andheri(East) Station

Visit any reliance Web world in mumbai or local SIM card seller they will issue you reliance GSM sim. Reliance GSM price is SIM : Rs. 25 + Recharge Rs. 50 = Rs. 75 . You will Rs.42 talktime in that.
