MTNL reduces the SMS tariff from 10/02/2009 of Dolphin(Postpaid) & Trump(Prepaid) plans from Rs.0.25 to Rs.0.05 in MTNL Dolphin local network. But if you send SMS to other Local network then you will charge as per your Tariff plan.

MTNL launched nice offer but why they not offering Rs. 0.05 for Other local network.
