Reliance GSM service is not good

I am using Reliance GSM sim i was not able to activate GPRS so i called Reliance CC they pick Up phone after 30 min then i told reliance executive about GPRS problem he told me he will sen me Basic GPRS settings save it in phone.

Then i received GPRS settings In SMS format.

Basic Settings for GPRS :

1 Access Point Name - rcomwap

2. proxy IP - 10.239.221.5

3. Proxy Port - 800



......


In that format

I then manually assign settings in my pone. But like other operator send settings and that give us option to save.

Network also poor.

When i called about for same executive ask me IMEI no for settings i told him that i am using N73 mobile phone. He told me we also want IMEI no.
I don't know why they want IMEI no for GPRS settings ?

Forget about GSM reliance CDMA service is also not good. reliance is not good service provide in India.

Some time i didn't receive Call from friends because of network problem. I think they have to work more on Network. As compare to other provider like vodafone, airtel, idea Reliance network is worst.
