Reliance not providing GPRS

I am using reliance GSM service from last 15 days. Yesterday when i called Reliance CC about activating GPRS they told me that reliance not providing GPRS service it will launch soon. All operators provides GPRS service Whats wrong with Reliance ?

But reliance saying on his GSM site that " Reliance Now introduce 3G ready GSM". and on site also they mention that GSM sim with GPRS inbuilt.

Never Trust on reliance they just take mony from customer but didn't provide proper service.

Reliance still not launched GSM services they are offering scheme that are customer Experience Pack. They not launched services perfectly i think within one month they will launched all services.
