    Reliance WiMAX billing Problem

    I am using Reliance Wimax postpaid connection 300 Kbps per month. Last week i had some net problem. I am not able to access internet so i called customer care about same issue and told them that i am not going pay bill for these day till i am not able to access internet. they told me ok we will reverse in your billing. But in bill they didn't reverse any charges. So what should i do ?

    Just less amount by calculating (no of day when net disconnected )and minus that amount from bill and paid remaining amount bill.
