Hathway 512kbps plan ?

I recently took a Hathway 512kbps Blast New Xtra night unlimited connection but i am getting only 12.00 am to 7.00 am (7 hours) of free downloading time, but my friend also has the same plan is getting 11.00pm to 9.00 am free downloading time. any idea ? I tried calling customer care but no response.

Hi i also had the same problem when i took a new hathway connection. its hathway's policy. whenever a new customer is applying for a unlimited plan they will offer this plan only (12.00 to 7.00). you will get 11.00 to 9.00 unlimited plan after the expiry of the 12 to 7 plan.
